Quality of work - I aim to deliver the highest standards of work.  If you are unhappy please tell me and I will do my utmost to resolve your concerns.  Conversely - if you are delighted please tell people!  Set-ups have a variable lifespan which depends on how you play so this work is offered 'as is' only.  Strings come with no warranty.  Used parts are bought 'as is' although, in all cases, tell me what the problem is and I will do my best to make things work.

All modifications a guaranteed against faulty workmanship and electrical parts supplied as new come with a 12 month guarantee.

New and/or new customised guitars supplied by Strathbeg are guaranteed for life against faulty workmanship while in the ownership of the original client.

Transport & risks - guitars in my care while in hard cases are my risk.  Guitars in soft cases (gig bags) are at your risk.  All guitars, great and small, are treated as precious and irreplaceable.
